- Supporting, mentoring and developing nursing and care staff.

- Promoting a culture of dignity, respect, choice and person-centred care.
- Working collaboratively with residents, families, healthcare professionals and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Assisting with staff management, training, supervision and performance development.
- Deputising for the Director of Nursing when required.
About You
We are looking for a confident and approachable nurse who combines clinical expertise with genuine warmth and strong leadership skills.
You will ideally have:
- Current registration with the NMBI.

- Excellent clinical knowledge and an understanding of regulatory and quality standards.
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach.
- The ability to lead, motivate and support a multidisciplinary team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
