We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Part Time Bartender in the Ocean Sands Hotel & Spa.
Objective of the Role
The Bar Tender will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
- Working our Function Bars and our Main Ocean Bar.
- Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
- Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
Requirements:
- Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel property is desired but not essential.
- Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
- Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Must be available Weekends, 2 to 3 Days Per Week Mainly Weekends.
- Must be available for late finish 2.00am.
