We at Gino's Gelato are currently recruiting for the role of Accounts and Payroll assistant based in our Head Office in Rathnew, Co Wicklow.
As Office Admin, the successful candidate will be a crucial part of the team, acting as the first point of contact in the office and providing administrative support for the accounts department and processing the weekly payroll, as well as supporting other areas in adhoc administrative duties.
The successful candidate will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accounts assistant
Assist with all areas across accounts and finance

Bank reconciliations

Accounts payable
-
Accounts Receivable
-
Cash and credit card Reconciliations for stores

Employee Expense cards

Outstanding month end lodgements

Monthly reports
Payroll:
-
You will be responsible for running the weekly payroll of all employees.

Liaising with managers on issues and changes with payroll or staff hours.
General Office duties:

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen and forward all incoming phone calls for the company.

Receive, sort and distribute all daily mail/deliveries.

Responsible for ordering stationary and other office requirements
Any other ad hoc administration duties that may arise.
The ideal candidate with have strong administrative experience.
Experience of Sage payroll system and advantage but not essential.
Payroll experience preferred but not essential.
