Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Samsic Facility for an Operations Administrator to join our Daily Office Cleaning Operations team.
Working closely with Area Managers, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our operations by providing efficient administrative support, coordinating operational activities, producing reports, managing recruitment administration, and ensuring operational supplies and documentation are maintained. This is a varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Daily Office Cleaning Operations team and assist Area Managers with the day-to-day coordination of operational activities.

Prepare and maintain operational reports, records and documentation, ensuring information is accurate and submitted within required deadlines.

Coordinate the ordering of cleaning consumables, uniforms, stationery and other operational supplies, liaising with suppliers as required.

Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, recruitment administration, onboarding and new starter documentation.

Produce employee ID cards, maintain training records and ensure employee and operational information is accurately updated across company systems.

Manage the Operations inbox, coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain filing systems and complete general administrative duties.

Provide administrative support for operational audits, compliance requirements, meetings and projects, working collaboratively with internal departments.

Provide reception cover when required and undertake any other reasonable duties to support the wider Operations team.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration or operations support role.

Previous experience supporting operational teams would be highly desirable.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach to work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
