With continued growth and strong market demand, we’re expanding our team and looking for an ambitious, driven, and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in our Monaghan or Cork offices.

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who can take ownership of campaigns, create high-impact content, and monitor performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that marketing exists to drive sales, optimise appointment booking rates, and deliver measurable results.
You’ll be confident in bringing new ideas to the table, taking full ownership of projects from concept to execution, and producing content that performs. You will manage customer communications, support the sales team with high-quality leads and marketing assets (including brochures and sales materials), and play a key role in improving conversion across the funnel.
You will also be responsible for driving a strong social media strategy that generates engagement and positions the company at the highest level. This includes running and optimising paid media campaigns, using email marketing tools effectively, and working with partners to maximise lead generation opportunities.
Working closely with sales, you’ll help execute a high-performance content and campaign engine that consistently delivers Leads, Appointments, and Deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Execution
- Create and manage high-quality content across all platforms.
- Work closely with sales and produce content that builds trust, enables deals and strengthens the brand.
- Own and manage the content calendar across the Website, Video, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Turn real customer interactions into high-converting content (e.g. testimonial videos, process videos etc.)
- Manage and grow our social media channels, ensuring potential clients are consistently engaged.
- Manage and grow our private client community, ensuring clients are consistently engaged and supported.
2. Campaign Ownership
- Plan and execute high-performing campaigns (seasonal pushes, financing offers, urgency-led promotions).
- Track and optimise campaigns based on performance across Leads, Appointments, and Deals.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including cost per lead, cost per appointment, and cost per sale.
- Confidently make decisions based on data and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth client communication across the funnel.
- Continuously test new angles, offers, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
3. Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Work directly with telesales and closers to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Build marketing assets that support the sales process (emails, videos, brochures, landing pages etc.).
- Identify friction in the funnel and take action to improve performance.
- Support the sales team with brochures, presentations, flyers, and incentives, ensuring stock levels are maintained and ordered when required.
4. Performance & Reporting
- Track KPIs across the funnel: Leads, Appointments, Deals.
- Report monthly on marketing performance with clear insights and actionable recommendations to management.
- Use data to continuously improve campaigns, content, and overall strategy.
5. Brand & Growth Initiatives
- Support brand-building activities (e.g. sponsorships, radio, print, website development).
- Ensure all marketing materials remain consistent and on brand (vehicle wraps, trade show assets, print advertising).
- Identify and test new growth opportunities and channels.
- Contribute new ideas to evolve the PVGEN brand and support expansion into UK markets.
6. Trade Shows & Events
- Identify and evaluate new trade show opportunities to showcase the PVGEN brand.
- Plan, organise, and manage events from end to end.
- Oversee all aspects including attendance, stand design, marketing materials, and lead capture.
- Ensure professional execution and strong ROI from all events.
7. Partnerships
- Support the Group Marketing Lead in managing partnerships with key clients, suppliers, and media partners.
- Collaborate with partners to maximise marketing opportunities and optimise budget efficiency.
8. Graphic Design
- Support the creation of design assets for social, print, and digital campaigns.
- Understand print requirements (formats, layouts, specifications).
- Design brochures, ads, website graphics, and marketing materials to a high standard.
- Work with external agencies to ensure high-quality output.
9. Video Marketing
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for paid and organic channels.
- Work with customers (domestic, commercial, agricultural) to capture authentic content.
- Coordinate with external videographers for high-quality testimonial and brand videos.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines.
10. CRM & Customer Communications
- Use CRM systems to manage and streamline marketing communications across email, WhatsApp, and social channels
- Understand and apply GDPR best practices.
- Support continuous improvement of customer communication journeys and automation.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 4-8+ years in a marketing role (preferably in-house generalist or performance-focused).
- Proven experience driving measurable results (not just clicks & impressions).
- Experience working closely with sales teams and other departments.
- Experience using the latest digital marketing tools.
Skills
- Strong content creation (written, graphic and video driven thinking).
- Campaign execution and optimisation.
- Data-driven mindset (comfortable with KPIs and reporting).
- Ability to move fast and take ownership.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and any AI tools a big plus.
