About the role:
As our Sales Executive, you will be joining a team recognised by the industry and our customers for providing outstanding customer service.

Role responsibilities:
- Learn our successful sales process to provide excellence in customer service
- Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with proficiently
- Assist customers with finding a vehicle that best suits their needs
- Continuously improve and learn through our training and feedback from other sales executives
- Booking and scheduling servicing of customers vehicles,
- Liaise with customers throughout the buying process,
- Dealing with aftersales Warranty etc,
- Dealing in paperwork in the motor industry Invoices, Tax books etc,
- Develop and maintain a full knowledge of products, accessories and key features,
- Collecting & dropping of cars to NCT, VRT etc,
What we are looking for:
- Highly motivated and passionate individual striving to provide an exceptional level of service to our customers
- Desire and attitude to succeed with the drive to continually deliver for the customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers face to face or over the phone.
- Full clean driving licence
- Motor sales experience desirable but not a prerequisite
