We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef / Cook / Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in breakfast service, pastry and dessert preparation, and general kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes
- Producing pastries, baked goods, and desserts
- Daily food preparation and prep cooking
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and presentation
- Assisting with menu preparation and seasonal specials
- Supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
- Managing stock rotation and minimising waste
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or Sous Chef
- Experience with breakfast service
- Experience with pastries, baking, and desserts
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Good understanding of food safety and HACCP procedures
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Pay: €14.20-€15.00 per hour
