We are excited to be on the lookout for an experienced baker/pastry chef to join our team. Our bakery is growing and we need someone with the right experience to help us keep up with the demands from our customers and to expand our offering.
The ideal candidate will have experience making viennoserie, sourdough breads and a good knowledge of fermentation. If the candidate has experience with other pastry and desserts but not the aforementioned techniques, training can be provided for the them.
The precise role will be dictated by the experience of the candidate.
The baking schedule starts from 5.30am of 4 x 10 hour shifts. Shift patterns are regular and consistent.
30 days annual leave per year

Pay: €16.50-€19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
