We are looking for a motivated and reliable Animal Care Assistant & Practice Supervisor to join our team. The role involves supporting daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Duties:
- Manage pricing, stock rotation, and ordering supplies
- Oversee daily tasks and support team members
- Reception duties (calls, appointments, emails, social media, cash handling)
- Daily cleaning of clinical and reception areas
- Restrain animals for procedures (injections, IV catheters, bandaging)
- Assist vets and nurses with routine care (nail clipping, grooming, etc.)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a small animal veterinary clinic
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Confidence handling animals
