Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar PV Roofer / Solar Panel Installer to join our expanding installation team.
The Role:
As a Solar PV Roofer, you will play a key role in the installation of solar energy systems on residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. Working alongside our electrical and installation teams, you will be responsible for ensuring solar mounting systems and panels are installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
· Installation of roof mounting systems for solar PV panels
· Safe installation and securing of solar panels on various roof types
· Carrying out roof assessments prior to installation
· Working at height in accordance with all health and safety regulations
· Ensuring all work is completed to company and industry standards
· Assisting with loading, unloading and transportation of materials
· Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
· Working closely with electricians and installation teams to ensure successful project completion
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
· Proven roofing experience
· Previous solar PV installation experience (essential)
· Experience working on pitched and flat roofs
· Safe Pass certification
· Full clean driving licence
· Ability to work at heights comfortably and safely
· Strong work ethic and attention to detail
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills
· Ability to travel to installation sites as required
Desirable Qualifications:
· Working at Heights certification
· Roofing or construction-related qualification
· Experience installing residential and commercial solar PV systems
