We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and dedicated Preschool Room Leader to join our early years service and work alongside our supportive and passionate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the preschool room to the highest standard, ensuring compliance with all Tusla, Department of Education (DES), and Pobal requirements.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum FETAC/QQI Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education essential
- QQI Level 7 qualification desirable
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Demonstrate a warm, caring, and professional approach with a genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development
- Have experience implementing a child-led, play-based curriculum in line with best practice within the Early Years sector
- Possess a strong working knowledge of Aistear and Síolta frameworks
- Have previous experience leading a preschool room, including planning and implementing daily and weekly learning experiences
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Childcare Regulations and inspection processes, including Tusla and Pobal requirements
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and team leadership skills
- Be capable of working collaboratively as part of a team while also using initiative and managing responsibilities independently
