The Technical Services Officer manages the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of CRC premises (currently 17 locations), ensuring that buildings, equipment, and associated services meet statutory standards, regulatory requirements, and operational needs, while driving continuous improvement in safety, maintenance, and service delivery.
The role involves
- coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, supporting minor works projects
- implementing robust health, safety, and risk‑management practices
- managing contractors and internal teams
- procuring goods, works and services in compliance with public procurement requirements
The Technical Services Officer plays a key part in enabling high‑quality services by ensuring that all CRC environments are functional, safe, and fit for purpose.
