Tile Store N More currently have an opportunity for Stores Person/Warehouse operative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the warehouse. Key duties include receiving and unloading deliveries, accurately recording stock levels in both paperwork and ERP system, whilst also ensuring the stores area is well-maintained with a strong focus on customer service and housekeeping standards.

JOB SPECIFICATION
- Unloading deliveries and putting the stock into its correct locations.
- Booking in stock on the ERP system, reporting any damages in timely fashion and organising return to Central Warehouse when required.
- Monitor customer orders and deliveries and keep customers updated on same
- Understand customer’s expectations and needs
- Resolve orders and delivery issues and take responsibility
- Participate in stock take when required
- Adherence to maintaining Health & Safety practices and Company policies and procedures
- Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management

Person Specification

Essential
- Experience of working in a stores / warehouse area in a customer focused environment
- Stock management experience
- Proficient PC user
- Forklift experience
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic & innovative Approach to Work
- Must be extremely customer focused and results driven
Desirable
- Current Manual Handling Cert
- Hold a current forklift licence
- ERP system experience
