CF 2 - Ensuring, controlling or monitoring compliance by a regulated financial service provider with its relevant obligations
CF 11 -Dealing in or with property on behalf of the regulated financial service provider

Position Summary: (Overview of key purpose and accountability of the role)
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Trading, hedging, and execution for internal and external funding, as well as macrotrading opportunities
- Manage dealerbook for TD Bank MM paper
- Funding and cash optimisation
- Manage intraday liquidity requirements and open market operations as needed
- Risk, P&L, and capital management across a variety of asset classes
- Acting as the Local funding SME (subject matter expert)
- Client relationship management (internal and external)
- Cross-business collaboration
- Contribute to ILAAP and ICAAP for all funding and liquidity matters as required
- Back up responsibilities to the greater TDGF Treasury team
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, VBA, Python, SQL, Bloomberg
- Excellent communication skills and experience speaking to technical and business audiences
- High level of proficiency in statistical analysis on large datasets
- Comfortable multi-tasking, managing multiple stakeholders and working as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter
- Familiarity with financial markets across a breadth of interest rate products and liquidity management is a plus
- Previous experience in a bank/regulated entity is desirable but not essential.
