We're looking for a motivated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our kitchen team and help prepare fresh, high-quality food every day. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a kitchen, food preparation or hospitality environment is beneficial
- A passion for preparing high-quality fresh food
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A positive, reliable and hard-working attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop within the business
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing fresh food products to Pret's high standards
- Following recipes, preparation guides and food safety procedures at all times
- Ensuring products are prepared, stocked and available throughout the day
- Maintaining excellent food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards
- Managing stock rotation and helping to minimise waste
- Receiving deliveries and storing products correctly
- Keeping kitchen areas, equipment and storage areas clean and organised
- Working closely with the wider shop team to ensure a great customer experience
- Supporting new team members during training when required
- Contributing to a positive, supportive and inclusive team culture
