Responsibilities of this CNM job include:
- The CNM will work with the Person In charge to ensure the facility is ran on a day to day basis with Resident satisfaction to the forefront.
- Responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care and the setting of standards of care
- Working with Human Resources in the recruitment, selection and appointment of nursing and related staff
What you need to be considered for this CNM job:
- 3+ years in a management role as CNM or Senior Nurse
- Active registration with NMBI
- Confident knowledge of managing a residential facility and the complexities and dynamics of the health care environment, including the importance of clinical governance
- Ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improve service delivery and outcomes for residents
- A charismatic personality with the ability to maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders including the HIQA and HSE
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Post Graduation qualification in Nursing would be an advantage.
