Content & Social Media Assistant (Part-Time)
I'm looking for a highly organised, proactive and social media-savvy Content & Social Media Assistant to help support my growing YouTube brand.
I currently have nearly 300,000 YouTube subscribers and publish one YouTube video every day focused on personal growth, mindset and self-development.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves social media, spends a lot of time on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, understands internet culture, enjoys learning new tools, and wants hands-on experience working behind the scenes of a creator business.
Responsibilities
- Processing daily YouTube videos through Vizard (AI software) to generate short-form clips
- Reviewing and selecting the strongest clips
- Downloading, organising and uploading content across YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Using Claude AI to generate captions and supporting copy
- Moderating YouTube comments and helping maintain a positive community environment
- Assisting with content organisation and day-to-day content operations

Training and support will be provided to help you learn the systems and workflows used within the business.
The Ideal Candidate
You are:
- Obsessed with social media, YouTube and content
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Reliable and able to follow through on tasks
- Comfortable learning new software and AI tools
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Interested in personal growth, online business or the creator economy
- Excited by the opportunity to help grow a large online brand
I care far more about enthusiasm, work ethic and attention to detail than having a perfectly polished CV.
Hours & Location
- Approximately 12 hours per week. May increase with time.
- Flexible working hours
- Must be based in Dublin, Ireland or able to travel into Dublin
There will be an opportunity to meet in person once per week in a café to work together, ask questions, receive guidance and learn more about content creation and online business. Coffee, food or lunch is on me.
Contract
- 4-month contract
- Potential for the role to continue beyond the initial contract for the right person
