Join Our Team at the Keadeen Hotel – Breakfast Supervisor
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, delivering exceptional guest service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our breakfast service each morning.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily breakfast service, ensuring a seamless and efficient guest experience.
- Lead, motivate, and support the breakfast team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and attentive service throughout breakfast.
- Coordinate staff duties and monitor service standards during each shift.
- Assist with training and development of team members.
- Ensure breakfast buffet and service areas are fully stocked, clean, and presented to the highest standard.
- Handle guest feedback, queries, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Assist with stock control, ordering requirements, and daily operational reporting.
- Work closely with the Kitchen and Management teams to ensure a high-quality breakfast offering.
Essential Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within a hotel, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organisational and team management abilities.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and health & safety standards.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
