We're searching for a new Performance Marketing specialist to join our business bringing dedicated, hands-on ownership of paid social and paid search into the team. You'll work closely with the Head of Own Brand and Digital and creative team to build out channel strategy across channels such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, and be the person turning campaign data into decisions - daily optimisation, sharp reporting, and ideas that keep NBD's brands ahead of the curve.
Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms as needed.
Work with the Head of Own Brand and Digital to develop channel strategies that align with each brand's commercial objectives.
Monitor campaign performance daily - optimising bids, audiences, creative, placements, and landing page performance to drive results.
Take ownership of paid media performance, ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed commercial KPIs including ROAS, MER, CPA, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
Manage, forecast, and optimise paid media budgets across multiple brands, ensuring efficient spend, accurate pacing, and maximum return on investment.
Produce clear, insightful reports that turn data into meaningful stories and actionable recommendations for the wider team and brand leads.
Analyse e-commerce performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion, revenue, customer acquisition, and overall campaign profitability.
Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and emerging formats, bringing new ideas and opportunities to the table.
Collaborate with the Agency's creative, e-commerce, and social teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Support brand presentations and help communicate the value and impact of paid media activity.
Get involved in wider Agency and NBD projects as opportunities arise.
Deliver campaign performance against agreed commercial targets (ROAS, CPA, CTR, revenue, and brand-specific goals).
Manage budget efficiency, forecasting, and pacing across all live campaigns.
Keep reporting to brand leads and the wider Agency team clear, high-quality, insightful, and on time.
Move quickly on new platform features, formats, and best practice.
Work closely with creative teams to ensure creative assets featured within paid media efforts are continually tested and optimised for maximum conversion and performance.
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms with a minimum of 3+ experience.
Strong e-commerce and performance marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving online sales and profitable growth.
Commercially minded with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into high-performing paid media strategies.
Results-driven, analytical, and confident making data-led decisions to maximise campaign performance.
Experience managing and optimising significant paid media budgets with a strong focus on ROI and budget efficiency.
Strong understanding of paid media KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, customer acquisition, and revenue attribution.
Experience using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools to analyse and communicate campaign performance.
A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and building strong relationships to deliver outstanding results
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present campaign insights and recommendations to both marketing and commercial stakeholders.
A proactive approach to testing, learning, and adopting new platform features and industry best practice.
