Maintenance Operative
Position Type: Full-time/ Part- time
Required: Full, clean Driver’s License (Essential), up to date Safe Pass and Manual handling
Job Summary
We’re seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep our site operations running smoothly. From site prep and logistics to assisting skilled trades, you’ll be a vital part of our day-to-day work.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving & Logistics: Drive company vans to collect and deliver materials, tools, and supplies between depots, suppliers, and active sites. Safely load and secure cargo.
- Site Set-Up & Clear-Up: Prepare work areas (safety barriers, equipment unloading) and perform thorough post-job cleanups, disposing of debris correctly.
- Trade Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, plumbers, electricians) on-site with hands-on tasks and general laboring.
- Safety & Maintenance: Carry out basic property/site maintenance while ensuring all work areas stay tidy and fully compliant with health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Driver’s License: Full, clean driver’s license (must be confident driving a light commercial van).
- Manual Handling certification
- Valid Safe Pass
- Skills: Strong work ethic, punctuality, physical fitness for general laboring, and a safety-first mindset.
- Basic maintenance or tool experience is helpful.
Pay: €18,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
