Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. As a Trust and Safety Operations Manager, you will lead a team to drive impactful changes in how T&S and Google operate. You will deliver business impact by setting, communicating, and achieving team priorities aligned with organizational goals. You will ensure the right metrics, roles, and people are in place, making necessary prioritization decisions, equitably allocating work, and managing resources effectively. You will adapt to changes and remove obstacles to maintain goal progress, encourage innovation and thoughtful risk-taking to deliver business impact for Google. Additionally, you will set clear, role and level-aligned expectations for each Googler and provide regular coaching and feedback to support their success. You will foster a culture of psychological safety, and respect, while facilitating open communication and collaboration to help the team achieve results together.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Ireland: €138000 - €141000 (EUR) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
