We are seeking a Program Manager, Cyber Resilience (f/m/d) in Dublin, who will lead the planning and execution of cybersecurity and resilience programs across the Assure vertical within the Cybersecurity organization. This role is responsible for driving alignment between business objectives, security requirements, and regulatory obligations, ensuring consistent delivery of cybersecurity outcomes across a complex, global environment.
Your Role
Program Leadership & Execution
Lead the execution of cybersecurity and resilience programs across the Assure vertical, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Manage program scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Establish and maintain program governance, including milestones, reporting, and risk tracking.
Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to deliver program outcomes on time and within scope.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Coordinate efforts across Cyber GRC, TVM, Audit & Assessments, Third Party Risk, and Data Security & Cloud Governance to ensure consistent control implementation and audit readiness.
- Identify and manage interdependencies between teams, ensuring alignment of priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support standardization of processes and deliverables across assurance functions to improve efficiency and reduce duplication.
Facilitate communication and decision-making across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
- Serve as a key point of contact for cybersecurity program communications across internal stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships with business, technology, and security leaders.
- Prepare executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and performance metrics.
Support leadership decision-making through clear, concise program updates and insights.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience managing cybersecurity or technology programs at a regional or enterprise level, from initiation through delivery
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and build effective cross-functional relationships
- Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity domains, including network, cloud, data center operations, and security controls
- Familiarity with control frameworks and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS, and NIS2
- Working knowledge of GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow IRM) and their role in managing controls, risks, and audit activities
- Strong program and project management skills, including planning, dependency management, execution tracking and corresponding experience with PPM tools, such as Jira, smartsheets needed
- Strong communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical and risk concepts into clear business language
- Excellent command of PowerBI is strongly preferred
- PMP or similar program/project management and relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP) preferred
