We're looking for an ambitious, energetic and organised Retail Team Lead / Store Supervisor to take ownership of our Galway store and help drive the next stage of growth.
This is not just a shop floor role. You'll be responsible for leading the team, managing stock, maintaining high standards throughout the store, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

The Role
As Team Lead, you will be the day-to-day leader of our Galway store. You'll be responsible for ensuring the shop operates smoothly, sales targets are achieved, stock is well managed, and the team delivers a consistently high standard of customer service.
You will work closely with senior management while taking ownership of the store's daily performance.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, motivate and support the retail team
- Create a positive and professional working environment
- Train and onboard new team members
- Ensure all staff deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct daily team briefings and provide ongoing coaching
- Assist with staff scheduling and rota management
- Monitor team performance and maintain accountability
Sales & Customer Experience
- Lead from the front on the shop floor
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and average transaction value
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all collections
Stock Management
- Manage stock levels and inventory accuracy
- Complete regular stock counts and stock audits
- Receive and process deliveries
- Organise stockrooms and maintain efficient stock systems
- Monitor best sellers and identify stock requirements
- Ensure stock is merchandised effectively on the shop floor
Store Operations
- Ensure the store is presented to the highest standard at all times
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment
- Support management with store reporting and performance tracking
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Previous retail leadership experience (Supervisor, Team Lead, Assistant Manager or similar)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness and a focus on driving sales
Desirable
- Experience managing stock and inventory systems
- Experience working with KPIs and sales targets
- Visual merchandising experience
- Interest in fashion, sustainability and independent brands
