The Role
Due to an expanding customer base in southern Ireland Bailies coffee Company is looking for a new member of the Engineering Team based in Dublin to service the greater Dublin area.
The postholder will be responsible for installation, emergency service and preventative maintenance of a wide range of coffee making equipment; including La Marzocco, Mahlkoinig, Mazzer, Conti and Rex Royal.
The postholder will be based on the road, attending call outs as directed by the Engineering Scheduler based in Belfast to satisfy our customer SLA's.
Travel to Belfast will be required for regular training and meetings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and service coffee machines and related equipment on customer premises.
- Diagnose and repair faults across a wide range of machine types/brands both remotely and on site.
- Ensure planned maintenance of equipment on customers’ premises in carried out in accordance with the scheduling requirements.
- Prepare equipment for customers coffee specifications and complete installation.
- Refurbish and test used machines in our workshop.
- Programme machines to design and manufacture standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all job times, outcomes, and parts used on Service App.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of administrative associated tasks and safe and secure storage of same.
- Ensure safe working practices are in use at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service including the resolution of customer complaints.
- Report outcome of complaints in accordance with company policy.

Pay: €38,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
