In this role you will work closely with the MD of a growing manufacture, import and wholesale company, gaining first-hand exposure to sales strategy, client relationships and business operations. Boulder Formats supplies a variety of non-food products primarily to national supermarket chains. Key customers include Musgraves, Lidl, BWG and Tesco. The company is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Operations and Business Support Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in a commercial environment, develop strong sales operations skills and gain direct exposure to senior leadership and senior buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the MD , providing sales operations and business support.
- Maintain accurate product and pricing information across retailer systems, websites, and internal databases.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, and digital assets across supermarket portals.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals.
- Liaise with 3rd party platform builders on technical issues.
- Support outsourcing of marketing and design work.
- Assist MD with product research and analysis of commercials.
- Liaise with suppliers to gather product and commercial information.
- Generate and present sales reports to management.
- Occasional visits to customers required, 1-4 days per year.
About you
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
- Strong at creating presentations with high visual impact.
- Numerate, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel and Power point.
- Ability to manage and deliver projects based on company priorities.
- 2 to 5 years’ experience supporting the sales or marketing functions of a business.
- Equally comfortable with repetitive as one off projects.
- Experience working with Magento and Shopify platforms is desirable.
Pay: €32,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
