Lettings Negotiator
Location: Dublin
Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 + Pension & Benefits
Your New Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join a busy residential property team. The successful candidate will have prior experience in residential lettings or estate agency and will play a key role in managing landlord and tenant relationships while driving lettings' performance.
Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end lettings process from initial enquiry through to lease agreement

Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants

Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and tenants

Advise landlords on market conditions, rental values, and property presentation

Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants

Advertise properties across multiple platforms and manage leads

Qualify applicants and carry out reference checks where required

Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations and legislation

Maintain accurate records using CRM/property systems

Achieve individual and team letting targets
What You will Need to Succeed

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential lettings or estate agency

Strong knowledge of the local residential property market

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven ability to build relationships and deliver high levels of customer service

Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Full clean driving licence (essential)
Desirable

Relevant property qualification (e.g., PSRA licence or equivalent)

Experience using property management or CRM software

Understanding of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
