Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues in properties and facilities.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in general maintenance, including basic plumbing, basic electrical, and carpentry work.
- Strong communication skills in English
- A valid driver’s license is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
