Job Title: Recruiter
Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define job requirements.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.

Maintain accurate documentation and metrics on hiring pipelines.

HR admin support on a daily basis

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
