The Surgical Dental Nurse plays a vital role in supporting advanced surgical and implant procedures, ensuring exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, and efficient surgical workflows. This role is instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of safety, precision, and patient experience throughout the surgical journey.
Provide chairside assistance during surgical and implant procedures.
Support Dr. Eavan throughout daily clinical activities and surgical treatments.
Maintain strict aseptic techniques, infection prevention protocols, and surgical safety standards.
Manage implant inventory and anticipate upcoming surgical requirements.
Operate digital technologies, including iMetric scanning and photogrammetry systems.
Complete, accurate, and timely surgical records and documentation.
Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and prepared.
Assist during sedation procedures while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
Support the preparation and management of full-arch implant surgery cases.
Travel regularly between the Bray and Cherrywood clinics according to the surgical schedule.
Education
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of dental nursing experience.
Previous experience assisting in surgical procedures.
Experience with dental implant treatments is highly preferred.
Experience assisting with single-unit implant cases is considered a strong advantage.
Exposure to full-arch implant procedures is highly desirable.

This position is dedicated exclusively to supporting Dr. Eavan.
Travel between Bray and Cherrywood clinics is required.
Typical working schedule:
Monday & Tuesday: 7:30 am – 6:30 pm
Wednesday & Thursday: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm
Flexibility is required should additional clinical days be added to the schedule.
Occasional weekend shifts may be required on a rotational basis.
Candidates must be legally eligible to work full-time in Ireland.
