OUR CLIENT IS HIRING: DESIGN COORDINATOR
Our client, a leading Irish modular construction company serving commercial and residential projects, is looking for an experienced Design Coordinator to join their team in County Meath.
This is a permanent, full-time position, based in the office with easy access to North Dublin, Meath and Louth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating technical and design information across multiple projects
- Managing technical submittals and pre-contract documentation
- Coordinating fire safety, civil engineering and consultant inputs
- Liaising with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, draughtspersons and site teams
- Monitoring consultant progress and project programmes
- Managing document control and technical information
- Coordinating project close-out, including BCAR files, certificates and Safety Files
The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Building Surveying, Architectural Technology, Engineering or a related discipline
- 3+ years' relevant experience
- Experience coordinating external consultants and technical inputs
- Strong organisational, communication and administrative skills
- Familiarity with BCAR and the Assigned Certifier process
- Experience compiling project Safety Files
- A full clean driving licence
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary: €50,000–€55,000 per annum
