Full-Time Kitchen All-Rounder – Urban Fire Pizza, Oranmore
Urban Fire is a busy wood-fired pizza business based in Oranmore, Galway. We focus on high-quality ingredients, fast-paced service and doing things to a high standard.
We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable person to join our team full-time and develop into a strong all-round member of the operation.
You do not need to be a fully trained pizza chef. Depending on your experience, we can train you from the ground up or help you develop the skills you already have.
Responsibilities
- Food and pizza preparation
- Cleaning and keeping the kitchen organised
- Washing trays, equipment and dough boxes
- Local deliveries
- Stock and general kitchen duties
- Working during busy service
- Helping wherever needed to keep the operation running smoothly
What we’re looking for

- Full driving licence and access to your own car
Previous experience in a kitchen, takeaway, deli, food production or pizza environment is an advantage, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are more important.
Pay & progression
Starting from €15.5 per hour
Approximately 35–42 hours per week
There is a clear pay progression structure as your skills and responsibilities develop.
For someone who becomes fully trained across the operation and takes on greater responsibility, there is potential to progress to €17.50–€18+ per hour.
Pay reviews are based on skills, performance and responsibility.
