We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Night Porter to join our existing Front Office team.
Main Responsibilities include:

To assist with efficient check in / out of guests
-
To run hotel night audits as required
-
To ensure start / end of shift reports are completed
-
To ensure that a lobby presence is maintained at all times
-
To assist guests with any requests they might have
-
To ensure building is fully secure
-
To carry out fire walks in accordance with night operation and guest safety in mind
-
To control the switchboard
-
To ensure that all night porter duties are carried out efficiently
-
Carry out wake up calls when required
-
Organise taxi's / drive hotel vehicle for transporting guests
-
To carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by management
Requirements:
-
Must have previous experience within the hotel environment
-
Must be flexible regarding working hours & eligible to work night shifts
-
Full clean driving license is required
-
Strong IT skills
