The purpose of this sales role is to support our client by delivering exceptional sales performance through best-in-class planning, effective sales execution, strong compliance, and accurate reporting. The role is based in the office in Dublin 8, full time office based. You will be working with Irelands leading utilities brands.
Requirements

Engage with clients on a daily basis, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Conduct outbound calls and respond promptly to inbound enquiries.

Identify and meet customer needs by recommending suitable products

Achieve personal targets and KPIs
- Collaborate closely with the Team Leader and wider team to achieve overall business objectives.

Maintain and update the CRM system

Uphold high-quality standards in customer engagement, including call handling, CRM administration, service delivery, and overall customer experience.
