Key Responsibilities:

Ensure immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas in line with hotel standards.

Prepare and organise rooms, ensuring all priority and arrival rooms are guest-ready on time.

Liaise with Front Office and Events Teams to manage lost property and log found items properly.

Report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Accommodation Manager.

Complete special room requests, including rollaway beds and additional amenities.

Follow health and safety policies to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Attend training programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance with hotel procedures.

Maintain housekeeping offices and storerooms, ensuring they remain tidy and well-organised.
