Our client delivers branding, signage, fit-out and environmental transformation projects across Ireland and the UK, partnering with businesses to create impactful indoor and outdoor spaces through design, production and project delivery.
Their projects range from workplace branding and office fit-outs to construction site graphics, wayfinding systems and large-scale environmental upgrades.
As the business continues to grow, they’re now looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to help drive new business, develop client relationships and support the next phase of expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing New Business Opportunities: You’ll identify and build relationships with prospective clients, helping generate opportunities across a range of branding, fit-out and environmental projects.
- Managing & Growing Existing Accounts: Build strong long-term relationships with clients while identifying opportunities to expand services and support repeat business.
- Leading Commercial Conversations: Conduct meetings, presentations and proposal discussions with clients, understanding their needs and helping shape tailored solutions.
- Working Across Multiple Projects: Collaborate closely with internal teams across operations, production and delivery to ensure projects run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Supporting Business Growth: Contribute to wider sales and marketing initiatives including networking, relationship building and brand development activities.
- Keeping Projects Commercially on Track: Support quotations, pricing discussions and commercial negotiations while maintaining strong awareness of project timelines and client expectations.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management: You could come from a variety of industries — construction, interiors, fit-outs, facilities management, branding, media, print, manufacturing or other project-led environments.
- Strong Relationship Building Skills: You’ll be confident building trust with clients, managing conversations and developing long-term partnerships.
- Commercial Awareness: Comfortable discussing pricing, proposals, negotiations and identifying opportunities to grow accounts and generate revenue.
- A Proactive Approach: This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, spotting opportunities and working in a fast-moving commercial environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence engaging clients both in person and remotely.
- Organised & Adaptable: The ability to manage multiple conversations, priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Strong Earning Potential
€80,000 – €120,000 OTE
Location
Dublin 4 with regular travel to client sites.
