ProAir is Ireland’s only manufacturer and industry leading specialist of Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems, serving mainly the residential market. Due to an ambitious 3-year expansion plan, we now wish to expand our management team. The successful candidate will be based in the Galway HQ and will work with the CEO to action the plan.
The plan is focused on building a new distribution model based on franchising. This is projected to triple revenues over the life of the plan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support the growth of franchise network
- Promote and deliver a customer-first culture throughout the organisation
- Coach, communicate and resolve staff issues in areas of direct responsibility
- Manage training
- Monitor efficiencies and effectiveness using appropriate KPIs
- Develop the use of processes
- Always promote a safe working environment for all.
(S)he will require;
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- The ability to grasp and appreciate complex technical aspects.
- Be IT literate and an ability to quickly get to grips with the in-house ERP system.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proven problem solving and decision-making capability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an operations environment is a pre-requisite.
Additional remuneration will be based on performance
Pay: From €80,000.00 per year
