Location: Sandyford, Dublin 18 | (Hybrid working after probation)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: €32,000 starting salary, increasing to €34,000 after successful probation
On-Target Earnings: €49,000+ with uncapped commission

This role comes exciting opportunities to progress into Senior Executive, Mentor and Team Leader positions as we continue to expand the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls from customers who are looking for a better energy offer.
- Use data insights to understand each customer's needs and recommend the most suitable solution.
- Build friendly customer relationships in order to minimise customer churn
- Support with mentoring and coaching for our junior sales team as you progress within the business.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to maintain performance and customer churn.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
