We are hiring a Site Engineer for housing development in Coosan Athlone .
Role Overview
- Position: Site Engineer (Residential)
- Location: Coosan Athlone
- Project: Major Housing scheme, Houses, Apartments and a Creche.
Key Requirements
- Residential experience: Proven experience on Irish residential housing sites
- Good knowledge of housing groundworks, drainage, and utility services.
- Setting Out: Precision setting out for foundations, slabs, and roads.
- Equipment: Proficient with Trimble or Leica Total Stations.
- Essential to have practical working experience within Ireland.
Main Responsibilities
- Residential Setting Out: Establish precise lines and levels.
- Groundworks & Services: Oversee deep drainage, water mains, and service ducting.
- Infrastructure: Manage the layout of estate roads, paths, and boundaries.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all works meet Irish Building Regulations.
- Site Coordination: Working hand-in-hand with residential groundworks crews.
