Due to continued growth in Tubs & Tiles Galway, we are looking for a Stores Person / Warehouse Operative to join the team — playing a key role in ensuring efficient stock management and delivering excellent service to both colleagues and customers.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the stores area, ensuring deliveries are processed efficiently, stock is accurately managed, and customer orders are fulfilled promptly.
Working closely with the branch team, you’ll help maintain high operational standards while supporting excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock & Warehouse Operations
- Receive, unload, and store deliveries in the correct locations
- Accurately book in stock using the ERP system
- Monitor and maintain stock levels
- Identify and report damaged goods, arranging returns where required
Customer Support & Order Management
- Prepare and manage customer orders for collection or delivery
- Keep customers informed on order status and delivery timelines
- Resolve any order or delivery issues efficiently
Standards & Compliance
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Participate in stock takes
- Adhere to Health & Safety and company policies at all times
What We’re Looking ForEssential:
- Experience in a stores or warehouse environment
- Strong stock control and organisational skills
- Forklift experience
- Solid IT skills and experience using computer systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
Desirable:
- Valid forklift licence
- Manual Handling certification
- Experience using ERP systems
