We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, and highly organised Shop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our JOCO Boutique in Douglas Court Shopping Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Irish fashion start-up where you'll have real responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact as we continue to grow.
As Shop Manager, you'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring the boutique runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process sales and payments accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Manage stock, conduct regular inventory checks, and maintain excellent visual merchandising standards.
- Support the growth of our social media presence by creating engaging in-store content and showcasing new arrivals.
- Take ownership of the boutique, maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting environment.
- Work closely with the founder, contributing ideas and supporting the continued growth of the JOCO brand.
Requirements:
- Fashion and JOCO obsessed!
- Proven experience in retail, hospitality or a similar customer facing role required
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident working independently and taking initative where necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and solution orientated mindset
