We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Stock Controller & Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, stock control, and the setup and organisation of new warehouse racking systems.
This role is based in Monaghan.
The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing efficient warehouse layouts, implementing stock management procedures, and ensuring safe and effective day-to-day warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming and outgoing stock movements
- Complete daily warehouse activities including goods receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Develop and maintain efficient warehouse procedures
- Coordinate deliveries and collections
- Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems or spreadsheets
- Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move stock
- Load and unload vehicles as required
- Accurately book goods into stock control systems.
- Receive and check incoming deliveries against purchase orders.
Requirements:
- Experience in Warehouse environment
- Computer Literacy
- Valid forklift license (counterbalance/reach) (desirable, refresher can be provided).
- Previous experience in driving and warehouse operations.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience using warehouse management systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible and team-oriented attitude.
Salary depends on experience.

Pay: Up to €46,000.00 per year
