- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy office administrative capacity.
- Excellent communication & organisation skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize, especially during busy periods.
- Strong customer service focus & attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Thorough knowledge of Outlook programs, i.e., Windows & all Microsoft Office packages.
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- QFA QUALIFIED APA / Professional certificate in consumer credit is considered very beneficial.
- Keen interest or previous experience in marketing, in particular digital marketing (social media channels/AI/creating content) is beneficial.
- Ability to work with PDF Editor, Canva, Photoshop and have basic video editing skills to manage advertising updates.
- Proven experience in similar role in the automative industry or similar role is beneficial.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Full clean driving licence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Finance Aspects
- Vehicle Sales administration functions, including managing car registrations, assisting with CRM sales process and general admin support for sales team.
- Work with the sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience to all existing and prospective customers.
- Manage all aspects of vehicle finance applications and processing of documents through dedicated online systems, including liaising with the sales team and building strong customer relationships to deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Assume the critical responsibility of overseeing the entire finance process, from initial application to seamless payout, including explaining terms, conditions and payment plans to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Analyse finance performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Managing miscellaneous grants, including but not limited to SEAI EV grant applications for customers from initial application to seamless payout.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in finance regulations to provide informed advice to customers and management.
- Attend manufacturer and in-house training as and when required to continuously upskill and keep abreast of changing regulations/manufacturer standards.
Marketing Aspects
- Plan, manage, and optimise the Marketing Calendar, ensuring effective delivery of campaigns tied to major sales events and seasonal activity, keeping our creative output fresh & competitive.
- Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google for Business, LinkedIn,) with creating content that drives traffic and promotes our services.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics monthly and coordinate regular meetings with senior management team to report on results.
- Miscellaneous marketing activities, including creating content for local radio and press.
