Full Time Night Porter Position
We are currently looking to recruit to our team a full Time night porter. The position includes weekend work. The job is four nights per week from 11pm -7am
Key Responsibilities
- Security Patrols: Conduct regular walkthroughs of the Hotel to lock doors and ensuring the safety of our customers and guests at all times.
- Front Desk Cover: Manage the reception area to handle late-night check-ins and early-morning check-outs.
- Guest Assistance: Serve overnight requests like providing extra amenities, taking room service orders.
- Deep Cleaning: Clean public spaces including the main lobby, reception area and corridors.
- Event Set-Up: Arrange furniture, AV equipment, and tables for conferences or breakfast service the following morning.
- Shift Handover: Prepare detailed notes on maintenance issues or incidents for the incoming morning team
- Experience in Bar work essential
- Any Addiotnal Duties left by Management
