O'Connells Bar is a busy and well-known bar located in the heart of Galway City. Known for its lively atmosphere, excellent drinks selection, and welcoming service, we pride ourselves on creating a great experience for both locals and visitors. We are currently looking for a friendly, reliable full-time bartender to join our team.
The Role
- Provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring they have a fantastic experience.
- Mix, serve, and recommend drinks in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all patrons.
- Work efficiently as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
The Candidate
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of drink preparation and cocktail recipes is a plus.
- Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
