Holiday Inn Dublin Airport is a newly built 421 bedroom hotel and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to join our Breakfast and Evening teams.
Main Duties Include:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop a team of supervisors and staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
- Create staff schedules and manage labour costs effectively.
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, inventory control, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
- Monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the planning and delivery of events, functions, and promotions.
- Analyse sales performance and implement initiatives to increase revenue.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
