About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team on high-end projects. This role involves both 1st fix (structural) and 2nd fix (finishing) carpentry, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- 1st fix carpentry: studwork, joists, roofing, door frames, and structural elements
- 2nd fix carpentry: doors, skirting, architraves, panelling, kitchens, and bespoke joinery
- Work from drawings and site instructions to a high standard
- Ensure all finishes meet high-end residential expectations
- Coordinate with site management and other trades
Requirements
- Proven experience in 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
- Experience on high-end projects preferred
- Ability to read drawings and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and finish
- Own tools and transport preferred
- Valid Safe Pass
