What you'll be doing
- Leading a diverse portfolio of privately owned business clients
- Building long-term relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Working closely with Partners on client strategy and growth
- Delivering high-quality audit engagements from planning through completion
- Advising clients on technical accounting matters, acquisitions and business changes
- Collaborating with Corporate Finance and Tax specialists on wider advisory projects
- Coaching, mentoring and developing Senior Managers, Managers and audit teams
- Helping drive quality, innovation and continuous improvement across the department
About you:
- Qualified - ACA, ACCA, CA(SA) or equivalent
- 8 - 10+ years external auditing experience within a professional practice environment
- Experience working with privately owned businesses and owner-managed companies
- Excellent people leadership and coaching skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- A collaborative approach and genuine passion for helping clients succeed
