We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, developing menus, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are followed at all times. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards.
- Plan and develop menus, including seasonal and special offerings.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to improve customer satisfaction and dining experiences.
- Handle customer dietary requirements and special requests when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred.
