About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised Quality & Bid Coordinator to support both our prequalification and tendering activities, alongside the maintenance of our Quality Management System. This office-based role in our Head Office in Duleek, County Meath includes travel to project sites for quality audits and documentation reviews and offers an excellent opportunity to develop across quality, commercial support and other aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate prequalification questionnaires (PQQs) and tender submissions.
- Compile and maintain tender documentation, company information and supporting records.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather information for bid submissions.
- Maintain quality management documentation and document control systems.
- Carry out internal quality audits and site documentation reviews.
- Support compliance with company quality procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with external audits and certification requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date.
Requirements:
- Experience in prequalification, bid/tender coordination, quality assurance, document control or a similar role within the construction or civil engineering industry preferably.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written communication and document preparation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across teams.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- A technical or engineering background is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
Pay: From €45,000.00 per year
