Himalayan Cafe, located on , Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, is currently seeking a skilled Assistant Cook. A minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role is required. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain high standards in both food preparation and presentation. You will support the leadership of the kitchen team, ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols, and contribute creatively to menu planning. Working in close collaboration with the Head Chef, you will help ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Additional duties include overseeing stock control and managing food orders to maintain smooth and cost-effective kitchen performance.
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
